Dear Perspective Resident,
Welcome to 19 Perkins Street, Apt. 1L! Located in a restored, 2-story Victorian and set in a historic waterfront community, this spacious apartment receives lots of natural light and beautiful views of the Quinnipiac River from large windows well-placed throughout the apartment.
I have called this place home for seven years and this fall--from August 15th to December 31st-- I am offering you the same opportunity. Each post contains information about the apartment and the surrounding area. Feel free to contact me for a showing and an application (showings start on Sunday, April 2nd). And if you want to get a feel for the community, feel free to join me in one of our bimonthly "Community Dining Night Out" or "Soup Night" events that are organized by our very active neighborhood group, the Chatham Square Neighborhood Association (CSNA).
Please note: my apartment is located in a smoke-free environment. Therefore, smoking is not permitted in the apartment or on the premises. Dogs are not permitted, however, cats are welcome.
